The Alfresco Solution proposed was a mobile woodfired pizzeria station that had to be dismantled and stored off site at the end of each business day. We calculated the return on investment to be 6 weeks and the final result was two and a half weeks. This solution has since been expanded to include a commercial BBQ offering.
