Mark Godrey, General Manager of the Deep Park Country Hotel near Honiton, needs no such conversation as he has already created a beautiful outdoor kitchen with a woodfired oven and now has just completed his second: his South African braai outdoor kitchen – hence the hotel of two fires!
Deer Park is a premium location for weddings, house parties and conferences so offering their clients food variety and innovation is key to Deep Park’s success especially as clients are always looking for something individual, bespoke and innovative for their special events. Different and innovative is how I would describe Deer Park and hopefully my photos show a glimpse into the hotel’s personality with a magnificent kitchen garden, a range of beautiful classic cars, treehouse and bags of natural personality.
