About this Recipe

This dry chimichurri rub is quite a powerful rub and adds a sweet aromatic kick to any meat or vegetables. Well worth a try!
3 tablespoons dried oregano leaves

2 teaspoons garlic powder

3 tablespoons dried basil leaves

2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes

2 tablespoons coarse salt

1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon ginger powder

2 tablespoons dried thyme leaves

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dry chilli flakes

Recipe Instructions

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl and keep in an airtight container for about a month.
This rub is spectacular on meat, fish or vegetables when you are looking for a rub with a real kick!
