Portsmouth Seafood Festival is one of my favourite events of the year, nestled at Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth and every year I am on the Alfresco Stage cooking up the best of seafood.

Thank you to BBQ 365 for sponsoring the stage this year and it was hugely fun lighting up the braai.


It was the hottest two days of fire cooking I’ve ever had but I cooked up a fire storm with dirty cooked scallops, oysters, lobster, bream, mackerel and rum pineapple.
